Perhaps you’re in the Tetons to fish and need a chef for the week? Or maybe you love food and want a unique night with friends? Italian, French, Mediterranean, Indian…my speciality is customization to create a meal with a fusion of foods that will delight and challenge your taste buds. Seared scallops with a pistachio dressing? Black truffle raviolis in a duck fat jus? If you have dietary needs like gluten free, paleo, or vegan, that is no problem….healthy food should be delicious! boutique catering for small events

While most of what I do as a private chef is cook intimate in-home dinners for gatherings of friends and family, I also cater a select number of small weddings and parties throughout the year up to approximately 50 people (depending on the structure of the event such as buffet vs plated vs appetizers, etc). Every menu is curated for your needs depending on what local foods are available seasonally and what new recipes I have created! prepared meals

Do you love to eat well but don’t want to cook every night? Or maybe you are on vacation and just don’t want to deal (or eat takeout again!). Hiring a private chef doesn’t always have to be the full-blown affair. I am happy to drop off prepared gourmet meals that you can heat and serve from Indian Tikka Masala w/ naan, to Umami udon noodles w/ bok choy & shitake mushrooms, to Moroccan chicken Tagine w/ pearled cous-cous.
