20 years ago I moved to the “tiny town” of Victor, ID, just outside Jackson Hole, WY where my varied careers stemmed out of passion and curiosity: from mountain guiding, to teaching wilderness medicine, to working as a nonprofit executive director, to cooking! A lifelong love of food and an itch for learning, led me to culinary school in 2018. There I honed the art of blending classic French & Italian techniques, with modern cuisine to incorporate bold global flavors and farm-fresh ingredients. After refining my skills as a chef and caterer, I ventured out on my own to offer boutique culinary services like small party catering, private chefing, and cooking lessons which integrate my teaching background with my cooking skills. Along the way, I stumbled into the custom cake world, combining my pastry training with a knack for beautiful design. My goal is to make elegant custom cakes that don’t just look pretty, but taste delicious too!
