20 years ago I moved to the “tiny town” of Victor, ID, just outside Jackson Hole, WY where my varied careers stemmed out of passion and curiosity: from mountain guiding, to teaching wilderness medicine, to working as a nonprofit executive director, to cooking!

A lifelong love of food and an itch for learning, led me to culinary school in 2018. There I honed the art of blending classic French & Italian techniques, with modern cuisine to incorporate bold global flavors and farm-fresh ingredients.

After refining my skills as a chef and caterer, I ventured out on my own to offer boutique culinary services like small party catering, private chefing, and cooking lessons which integrate my teaching background with my cooking skills.
