We took a zoom cooking class from Erica to celebrate my mother in law’s birthday. Erica has such a thoughtful approach to teaching. She navigated having four of us on zoom with grace. She gave each of us pointers that we use most days in our cooking now! With Erica’s instruction (as well as her laughter and kindness), we created an incredible mediterranean inspired meal, which is exactly what we requested. We ended up with new “go to” recipes from that evening, and a much better foundational understanding of how to make marinades, salad dressings, and sides to go along with the amazing shrimp dish we had.
