Perhaps you are in the Tetons for a fly fishing trip and need a chef for the week? Or maybe you love good food and want to enjoy a unique night in your home with friends? Italian, French, Mediterranean, Japanese…my speciality is customization in order to create a meal with a fusion of foods that will delight, challenge, and inspire your taste buds. Seared scallops with a pistachio dressing anyone? Or black truffle raviolis in a duck fat jus? If you have dietary needs like gluten free, paleo, or vegan, that’s no problem. prepared meals
Do you love to eat well but don’t want to cook every night? Or maybe you are on vacation and just don’t want to deal (or eat takeout again!). Hiring a private chef doesn’t always have to be the full-blown affair. I am happy to drop off prepared gourmet meals that you can heat and serve from Indian Tikka Masala w/ naan, to Umami udon noodles w/ bok choy & shitake mushrooms, to Moroccan chicken Tagine w/ pearled cous-cous.
