Perhaps you are in the Tetons for a fly fishing trip and need a chef for the week? Or maybe you love good food and want to enjoy a unique night in your home with friends? Italian, French, Mediterranean, Japanese…my speciality is customization in order to create a meal with a fusion of foods that will delight, challenge, and inspire your taste buds. Seared scallops with a pistachio dressing anyone? Or black truffle raviolis in a duck fat jus? If you have dietary needs like gluten free, paleo, or vegan, that’s no problem. Healthy food should still be amazing.
Need a chef for your next small party? From family reunions, to anniversaries, to holiday gatherings, I will work with you to customize the menu and the experience. Whether you want a full sit-down dinner, a colorful buffet, or heavy appetizers for max socialization, I would love to help make your special event a success. Whatever you choose, from spiced roast duck with a huckleberry compote to blackened salmon with a celeriac & leek puree, I promise your palette will be delighted.
Due to the level of customization and variety involved in my offerings, there is not a standard price structure. Do you love to eat well but don’t want to cook every night? Or maybe you are on vacation and just don’t want to deal (or eat takeout again!). Hiring a private chef doesn’t always have to be the full-blown affair. I am happy to drop off prepared gourmet meals that you can heat and serve from Indian Tikka Masala w/ naan, to Umami udon noodles w/ bok choy & shitake mushrooms, to Moroccan chicken Tagine w/ pearled cous-cous.
