ABOUT THE CLASS: Tiny Town Culinary, LLC. (TTC) cooking classes are hands-on experiences! YOU will be doing the cooking with guidance and coaching from the chef. If the class size grows above 10 people, there will be an assistant chef to help. You will receive recipe packets that you can take notes on and keep for future use. Safety is paramount and several demonstrations will be given on proper knife technique, equipment use, and food handling. At the end of the night we will eat the delicious meal you created!
ALLERGY, DIETARY, PHYSICAL, OR MEDICAL LIMITATIONS: Please discuss with Chef Erica any conditions that could preclude you from participating fully in the class. In the case of allergies or dietary restrictions, there may be a different cuisine genre on another night that would suit your needs better. It might be possible to make small accommodations, but even if we can omit a certain food from the menu, the facility is NOT allergy free. Regarding physical or medical concerns, please call TTC to see if accommodations can be made.
